Never. Every aquaphobia session is completely private — just you and your coach. We do not place fearful swimmers in groups under any circumstances.
Research shows aquaphobia can be significantly reduced after 6–10 in-water sessions, though every person is different. We’ll give you an honest picture after your first session.
